It’s me - Gaby!

Since I was 4 I knew I wanted to have cake shop. I used to cook and bake with mum and dad and my grandmothers every week and oh Boy How I Loved it!

I was born in Sydney and raised in Chile. Was then lucky enough to live in Italy for three years which makes me fluent in three languages.

My passion for cake and how to give love to others by cooking is what truly puts a smile on my face. Ultimately my goal is to help orphanage children. I’d like to - more than anything show them love and care and be able to embark them on a journey full of possibilities that otherwise they would not have.

Baking has always been my passion, and over the years, I’ve worked hard to perfect my craft, pouring love and creativity into everything I make. Along the way, I’ve had a lot of fun experimenting with new recipes and sharing them with others. It’s been a humbling journey, but I’m proud of the recognition I’ve received—it’s a reminder that hard work and dedication can truly pay off. Still, at the heart of it all, I’m just doing what I love, and I feel fortunate to bring a little sweetness into people’s lives.
